To do this we leverage relationships with hotels, other suppliers, and our network of advisors around the world to make expert recommendations, source and vet providers, add valuable VIP perks, and save you time and stress. Then, we’ll package everything you need to know for your trip and be here to support you – if and when you need us – while you travel.
How Does it Work?
Our process starts with a complimentary consultation to talk about your vacation vision and establish the basis for us to build your unforgettable trip. After our consultation, we’ll share a summary of the conversation and our proposed next steps.
From there we’ll leverage our expertise and relationships to craft your trip, checking in with you to review and provide feedback to the itinerary. When you give us the green light we’ll book your trip. We’ll package all the details and support you before, during, and after your travels!

We design all kinds of trips – including family vacations and couples getaways, solo adventures and multi-generational experiences, and group travel. While we work with top-tier hotels and experiences, we’re focused on delivering value and quality – whatever your budget may be.
Does it cost more to use a travel advisor?
When you book through us, the rates we quote you are typically as good (and often better!) than what you may find on your own, and may include additional valuable perks and benefits.
For custom itineraries or complex planning we may charge a Professional Services Fee which covers our research and planning time, preparation of quotes and itineraries, reserving and booking each element of your trip, and other activities. Fees are dependent on the complexity of the trip and will be clearly disclosed upon the start of our work with you.
Will I earn loyalty points / receive elite benefits when booking with KTA?
Yes! When you book with us you accrue rewards points and receive perks from your elite status. From time to time we may offer you options where you do not earn points or receive elite benefits if the rate represents good value. We’ll let you know when that’s the case.
