Our process starts with a complimentary 30-minute call or Zoom conference to speak about your vacation vision and establish the basis for us to build your memorable trip.
We’ll talk about destination ideas, your vacation style and preferences, and the types of experiences and activities you’d like to have. We’ll also go over some basic parameters - who is traveling, travel dates, approximate budget. During the call we’ll also discuss Key Travel Advisors’ services, including complimentary hotel bookings and custom itineraries.
After our consultation, we’ll share a summary of the conversation and our proposed next steps.
